Zucchini Bâtonnets / Sticks

Bâtonnets are sticks about 5 cm long and 8-10 mm thick. Here the zucchini is first cut into 5 cm long pieces, then placed upright and cut into 8-10 mm thick slices. These are in turn cut into sticks.

A classic variant and probably the most famous representative of the batonnets are French fries.
