Truffle sauce is suitable for refining and flavoring soups and sauces. However, on the one hand it is expensive and on the other hand it does not last long once opened.
For the mise en place, we recommend dividing a large container of truffle sauce into small portions and freezing them. Ice cube molds are just as suitable for this as silicone molds.
To use, you take a frozen block and stir it into a hot sauce or soup. Do not let it boil any longer, then the aroma will be better preserved.
