Flavored oils are suitable as a garnish (e.g. drops) or as an ingredient for sophisticated dishes. Dill is a good partner for fish dishes, but also, for example, for cucumber salad or cucumber preparations.
- 1 l neutral oil (e.g. cold-pressed rapeseed oil)
- 150 grams of dill
- 10 grams of sea salt
- Blend the oil, dill and salt in a stand mixer on high for 30 seconds
- Vacuum in bags
- Leave in the fridge for 1 week
