The wild broccoli impresses with its particularly fine structure and delicate aroma. The stalks can be eaten without exception, which makes the vegetable particularly attractive.

Before final preparation in the pan, sauté pan or on the grill, blanching is recommended to preserve the fresh green colour.


  • Steamed in butter or oil
  • Fry briefly over high heat
  • Grilled (place some aluminum foil under the florets)
